This was a little idea I had for our wonderful guests attending the wedding of my daughter & her fiancé as they’re official Wedding Planner I thought it would prevent our guests from the stress of wandering around looking at which area of the wedding venue they’re table was allocated. I made a little floor plan using Powerpoint, this was then given to each guest on arrival at the Cocktail Reception prior to the ceremony. As you can see our tables were of a modest quantity as it was an intimate wedding,however it enabled our guests to know exactly which area of the Wedding Suite they’re table was situated all that was needed was to find they’re name on the Wedding Seating Planner and make way directly to they’re table. It sped things along nicely!
